Hi! I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals overcome what’s holding them back from losing weight and obtaining optimal health. My passion stems from my own experience with stubborn weight loss, chronic anxiety, and unsuccessful weight loss despite strictly following an ‘eat less, move more’ type of diet and lifestyle.
As I continued my nutrition education, I found out how many factors play a role in weight as well as overall well being. When I discovered this, I ditched the simple ‘calories in, calories out’ diet. I created a sustainable, individualized way of eating which has not only lead me to be in the best shape of my life, but also significantly improved my anxiety.
